01/06/2020 - Sales and Customer Service - A message for our customers
Phone lines - Although our opening hours have not changed, our phone lines are currently open from 10am - 2pm, Monday - Friday. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and if you cannot get through on the phones, please email us or contact us via live chat.
We are open for business as usual, but we are currently receiving an increased amount of telephone calls, emails and orders. All products across our range have increased levels of demand.
This means that we are taking a little bit longer to answer your calls, respond to your emails and process your orders.
Therefore, delivery lead times may be extended from the stated times on each product page. Please bear this in mind when placing an order, although in most cases the delay will be no longer than 24 hours.
All our staff are working hard to maintain our high standards of customer service, but we apologise in advance if we do not respond as quickly as we would normally. Most of our staff are working remotely but we have already started to plan for their safe return to our offices and with it, the ability to improve our levels of service.
