Our range of vertical GRP storage tanks are the ideal solution for the bulk storage of liquids such as water, chemicals, and oils. If you need a durable, long-lasting and cost-effective tank or chemical container, you've found it.

Made with a 600mm bolted access hatch and a 50pn16 bolted flange as standard, these tanks are ready to be delivered and installed as is. With a lead time as quick as 3-5 working days, you can rely on them in a hurry.

These storage tanks are manufactured from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) to BS4994-1987 (The British standard for the design and construction of tanks in reinforced plastics). It is made from a one-piece construction with no seams, joints or bolted sections, which drastically reduces the chance of leaks as well as the cost of installation.

The GRP tanks composite construction is extremely tough and durable and offers excellent corrosion resistance to ensure a long life. The tanks are also UV stabilised, and will not be affected by cold weather or faded by the sun, unlike polyethylene alternatives. Proven by a case study performed by Kingston University showed that even after twenty years these tanks had no reduction in tensile strength.

The GRP vertical tanks should be installed on a flat solid concrete base free from imperfections with minimum dimensions of 4000mm x 4000mm x 300mm.

Hinged Roof Manway Hatch
As standard these tanks come with a 600mm diameter bolted access hatch on the side of the tank, however, we are able to provide a hinged roof hatch for quick inspection.

Bolted Flange
We offer a range of outlets to suit your needs. The standard size for the bolted flange is 50pn16, however, we also have access to 80pn16, 100pn16, 150pn16, 200pn16 and 250pn16.

Bespoke Tanks

We are also able to manufacture these tanks to suit most requirements. Such as making WRAS or food approved or even suitable for heated oil. If you have a specific application in mind, please contact our sales team, who will be happy to assist.

The cost of this tank does not include delivery, please contact our sales team before or after making a purchase to arrange delivery. Due to the size of these tanks, delivery costs vary depending on location and as such have to be quoted on a case-by-case basis. As standard, our vertical GRP water tanks are delivered by third party haulier on a flatbed. Please ensure that there is enough access on site for the flatbed to turn around, as well as the necessary lifting equipment and the base prepared for your tank prior to delivery.

If you do not have lifting equipment on site, please make us aware and shall quote for delivery on a HIAB service.
