What is a Reconditioned IBC?

A reconditioned IBC is a second-hand, used IBC which has been thoroughly cleaned. The cage must be structurally intact with minimal surface damage. The plastic tank/inner bottle is cleaned and leak tested. If required, any lids, valves or gaskets are replaced.
