This 1000L New IBC with Steel Pallet is manufactured using a new inner bottle, new galvanised steel frame and a new lid and valve. It is UN approved which means it has been manufactured to the highest of standards and is capable of storing hazardous goods and suitable to hold flammable and corrosive liquids.
These IBC’s have passed legal regulations which aim to avoid accidents and protect humans, materials, and the environment from flammable and corrosive liquids. This product is food safe and BPA free making it suitable for storing liquids for human consumption including drinking water, milk, alcohol and oils. The inner bottle of this container is manufactured from blow moulded high-density polyethylene (HPDE) with bevelled edges.
Black bottle IBC's block out UV rays allowing the contents to remain fresh for longer when compared to a standard translucent bottle. The promotion of green water and algae is also reduced. As the black inner bottle hides the contents of the IBC, this also makes them suitable for holding waste from welfare units and toilet blocks.

What is an IBC?
Intermediate bulk containers (IBC) are reusable industrial containers, which are designed for the safe transportation and storage of bulk liquids. They are stackable containers, mounted on a pallet that is designed to be moved using a forklift or pallet jack.
The tubular galvanised steel frame around the container guarantees utmost stability. This also fits perfectly into the grooves of a plastic pallet; both below and above the container which enables an exact positioning and problem-free stacking.
